Signal processing: How performing a good sinus fitting with a low sampling signal

Hello everyone,

I do have an experimental signal that is supposed to be sinusoidal but I do have a low sampling rate and a lot of noise. Does someone has a routine in mind that would be suited to perform a good sinus fit in these conditions (I am interested by the phase).
