I have a student licenced Matlap 2017b...I want to path to it b4m interval analysis toolbox and working interval...van I do it and how can I set up b4m in matlap?

You have a license for R2017b? Interesting that, since only R2017a seems to have been released at this point in time. :)

As that package was built long ago, you could try using the executable they provide at http://www.ti3.tu-harburg.de/zemke/b4m/ but do not be surprised if you need to install a compiler and recompile. Especially if you are using Windows 10.
The package is old enough that it was probably designed when MATLAB only supported 32 bits, so it might be necessary to update some of the C code.
