How to install Lcc-win32 C 2.4.1 in matlap

I need the Lcc-win32 C 2.4.1 in C:\PROGRA~2\MATLAB\R2013A~1\sys\lcc compiler but it does not appear in matlab and I tried to install it from online but it didn't work...so how to get the Lcc-win32 C 2.4.1 to show in matlab?

lcc win32 2.4.1 is included with a standard download of Matlab R2013a 32 bit version. What version are you running? If it's 64 bit it's not included you can always redownload it via your account license.

I use the Matlab R2015b 32bit version,but i can't find the lcc-win32 compiler via the order 'mex -setup' too.I'm confused too.

how can i see if i have the icc 32 in my Matlab? There is something that i can write on the propmt and it will show me or not ?

If you
mex -setup -verbose
then it should show you the trace of the access attempts.
