Femtocell and Macrocell simulation in MATLAB?

I need to simulate the two-tier architecture of femtocells and macrocells along with co-tier and cross-tier interference in MATLAB (or Simulink). I researched a lot about the possible solutions, but none seem to work. If anyone has done similar work, please guide me to simulate such architecture in MATLAB (or Simulink). Detailed description of toolbox's used would be much appreciated.
