My license run out

My license just run out but I'm still student but I can't activate it because I can't start Matlab and there is no license.dat file in the MATROOT folder. I have Matlab 2016b! Best regards Ingo

Ingo, I see you have filed a request from MathWorks yesterday. Someone will assign it to the right team and contact you. The issue might not be able to resolved by MathWorks though, as some of those large university licenses are temporary, as the IT folks ("Rechenzentrum") want it to be so. So you may reach put to them in parallel.
