I changed my hdd with an ssd and Matlab don't work

If you had installed an old enough version of MATLAB, then it would have activated against the hard disk serial number; when you changed the hard disk, the license would have stopped working. With newer versions of MATLAB (last several years) the activation is against the ethernet interface instead of the hard drive serial number.
You will need to activate against the new drive. See https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/99457-how-do-i-activate-matlab . This will count as a "transfer"; there are a limited number of transfers permitted per year.
Once you are certain that you will no longer be using the old drive, you should deactivate the license against the old drive; see https://www.mathworks.com/help/install/ug/deactivating-a-license.html .
Note: if you are using a Student license, you might need to do the deactivation before you can activate against the new drive.
