When trying to install a support package, why do I get a error window stating:
"The support package is not compatible with your version of MATLAB or operating system."

Some support packages may not be available in the combination of MATLAB release and platform you are using. For example, Embedded Coder Support Package for STMicroelectronics STM32 Processors is available in MATLAB R2024b on Linux, but not for older releases, unless Windows is being used.

If you need to tell if a support package is supported on Apple Silicon versions of MATLAB, please check the downloads page for the support package in question.
If you have confirmed that the Support Package is compatible with the release of MATLAB and the Operating System, you may be experiencing connection issues trying to perform the installation. To resolve this, install the Support Package offline.
