getting the proportions of the shape by other shape using matlab

Hello, i have a shape in which i know its dimentions as shown in the photo bellow, but there is a shape next to it,shown in the photo bellow marked in red , where i dont know its dimensions. is there a way to know the marked in red shape by some sort of visual proportion measure in matlab?
