reboot not working. It Shows Network error:Software caused connection abort

Dear respected sir, Hope you are in good health with success and happiness.

I'm facing another problem that is If I execute sudo reboot or If I wanna reboot then Command-Line session stops and after a while It shows the following error>> reboot Shows Network error:Software caused connection abort

But reboot does not work. Here in the screenshot

Please could you help me
