Why I get this error in image segmentation by CAT12?

Without seeing the code and the data it is impossible to guess, where the problem is coming from. You cannot expect that the readers in the forum knwo "CAT12". But the authors of this toolbox might be familiar with the error.
It would be more convenient to understand your question, if you paste the message as text directly - importing a text in Word and creating a PDF is rather indirect.
