Are multi-objective calibration algorithms in MATLAB available that can be linked to external models?

In order to calibrate a hydrological model, the use of evolutionary algorithms is favored. It is a mutli-objective approache, by calibrating against runoff and residence time. The hydrological model is written in Fortran, with some extension in python.

Further evaluations should be carried out in Matlab.

For this I am looking for multi-objective calibration algorithms (like NSGA II oder Simulated Annealing), which are written in Matlab and connectable to external models.

Are there such approaches available and does this approach work with MATLAB?
