MATLAB Connector server is running on non-default port:31416. This is not supported by RMI. Please retry with a single instance of MATLAB process。 how could I to solve this problem?

What about retrying it with a single instance of MATLAB process, as the message seems to suggest? If this does not help, mention any details about what you are doing. How could the forum suggest an improvement based on the error message only? We cannot know, what you want to achieve and how you try it.
