I am using CONN (a free toolbox of Matlab to make functional connectivity of fMRI data). I have some trouble to run default preprocessing pipeline just for one subject by using a remote server. Thanks for your help. Celia

Help is possible, if you mention, which problems you have. A link to the software might be a good idea also.
