How do I configure Turing Pattern formation code of 2D reaction diffusion for different reaction terms?

The Turing pattern formation code(fd2d.m), attached herewith has provided by Marcus R. Garvie, Department of Mathematics & Statistics, University of Guelph, in his website. Now in my opinion when I need to modify it for other reaction terms, I think only I need to change the F and G terms in the for loop and the corresponding parameters. I also choose the parameters which satisfy the turing conditions. Also have taken different initial conditions. But I cant get any patterns. Please suggest what is wrong with my code and what other things I need to modify. I also attach my code here. Thanks.
