How do I transform array of bytes to string and read the string?

Hello! I got task which I am not sure how to solve. I receive array of bytes (which was transfomed from string via C# on different machine) from udp reciever (through the broadcast) and have to transform received bytes to string, display it and read for the further command. I am using standart Simulink blocks and udp reciever from Instrument Control Tollbox (also I can use the one from Signal Processing Blockset if it matters)
