Code of kriging and Radial basis methods for two input variables

Hello all, I am new user of matlab. How to build surrogate models (response surface) using Kriging and Radial basis method, then to find constrained optimized results using fmincon function for two inputs variable data (136 rows by 2 columns ) and one output data (136 rows by 1 column). thank you in advanced
