Dear Sir/Madam,
I had previously installed MATLAB_R2013a_Student on my previous laptop which has been stolen from me. I tried to install the software on my new laptop, but I got this notification that this software was once installed on another device and I won't be able to use it for another device. Is there any possibility that I can use my privouse MatLab DVD on my new computer?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Many thanks

You need to deactivate MATLAB first. This link will be helpful.
You case is matching "If the machine you wish to deactivate MATLAB from is no longer available, you can deactivate MATLAB from the MathWorks website".
