How to test the neural network with new data?

Using nprtool Created a neural network and the script generated is, % Train the Network [net,tr] = train(net,inputs,targets);

% Test the Network outputs = net(inputs); errors = gsubtract(targets,outputs); performance = perform(net,targets,outputs)

I have to test this with new real time input.In the above code where to supply the new input
