I am trying to download Matlab 2017b using the Download Only option and I can download all modules apart from the Matlab Compiler 6.5 (and the dependent Matlab Compiler SDK). This module doesn't appear to download at all and I end up with a 'Connection Reset' error whilst trying to download mcr_install_win64_1505461594.enc

Visit https://www.mathworks.com/downloads/ . If you are authorized to download MATLAB then on the left hand side there will be a list of releases you are permitted to download. You might need to click on "Show more" and then "Show all". Click on the release you want to download. The middle area will change to a download button for that release.
You must have an existing MATLAB license to download MATLAB (Trial licenses are not permitted to download old versions.)

This error message might indicate that a process or condition in the your computer's operating environment is causing the connection to be canceled during the installation process. Potential sources of this interruption include security or antivirus software running on the machine, firewall or network configuration, or temporary service interruptions. Contact your local network administrator for assistance in troubleshooting why the connection is being canceled. Analysis of network packet information may reveal the cause of the problem.
If this does not help, please contact MathWorks using the Contact Us button for further investigation.

I have tried 2 different internet connections and get exactly the same issue. The download doesn’t move off 0%. All other modules downloaded OK. Is there any other way of getting these files?
