Brush only some lines

Hi,

I have in my GUI (Matlab 2010b) a plot in which are displayed several experimental points(around 15) and the corresponding extrapolation from the program (a linspace of 200 points). I then brush the points to remove unwanted experimental points from the extrapolation. My program can make the difference between the two sets but I wanted to know if it was possible for the brush to only consider some of the plotted points. Thank you,
