Values of Upper and Lower Pixel of Cetroid

I have a question, is there any way to find the value of the pixels upper and lower of an object centroid. Like the attached image trying to explain what I mean. I have an object I want to find the value of upper point and lower point automatically base don my centroid value that I have got from using the regionprop function.

If i and j are the indices...of your centroid; i-1 and i+1 should give you want.
