FEA Analyis of 4 Noded quadrilateral element ?

Hey. I am working on an FEA analysis of a structure using 4 noded quadrilateral elements. I get the displacements and all that but for some reason theres a 2% difference between my results v/s results obtained on ANSYS. Anyone with knowledge in this area could provide some feed back?
