Inconsistent results from Classification Learner

I am running the Classification Learner App to classify some geochemical data. I am using the Bagged Trees Algorithm. Using all the same settings I get radically different results when I use Matlab version R2016a (9.0.0.343160) versus R2017a (9.2.0.538062). I have tried multiple computers and the results are the same. The Bagged Trees algorithm now performs considerably worse in R2017a. Has the algorithm changed?
