Fitting an inverse sigmoid curve with limited data

Hallo! Is it possible to fit an inverse sigmoid curve to this limited data! My data set is:

x=[0.26 0.23 0.22 0.20 0.13 0.10]
y=[0 250 500 600 750 1000]

Is there a script that could help me with that? Thanks!
