Hello,Im in the last year, and my final paper is about object recognition in 3d. I'm not sure what programming language shoul I use,I searched and Ifound that c# and phyton.But what about c++? Thank You.

You should use MATLAB. According to your need it's a complete image processing based project. MATLAB has a extraordinary toolbox named IMAGE PROCESSING TOOL BOX, which helps you to do so.
