Simulink don't answer

I launched MATLAB, it function, but when I launch simulink it just run and do not answer anything. Does someone had a similar problem?

Could you please provide some more info what is exactly happening when you are trying to launch Simulink? Do you mean it doesn't respond? If you could give some more information regarding this, it will be helpful to understand the exact problem.

Currently, I could only suspect that your java heap memory might be low, so Simulink might have become slow. Well, I finally solved the problem by only installing the basic modules (those that mathworks already choose when you install the R2017b version).

But my problem was that simulink was "busy" for a very long time, and it just kept turning without crashing or openning simulink.
