why xlsread(line 251)again and again?

MATLAB2016 xlsread EXCEL2016,error xlsread(line 251). close excel com or restart,no use.ERROR xlsread(line 251)again and again. If change EXCELBOOK name,matlab can xlsread.But once error,the EXCELBOOK changed name can't be xlsread by MATLAB again and seems forever. OTHER PC when error,close excel process,reopen excel2016 “something wrong when previous opening...." But on this PC when error,reopen excel2016 no warning.Everything is OK. Why?What's wrong？
