I am trying to integrate between Matlab and Raspberry Pi. Integration part works fine but when launching the code, I am not sure if the application is running or not and if so how can I view it on Raspberry Pi, plus How can I execute an elf file in Raspberry Pi?

You can use ssh() to remotely connect to the Pi. Once there use the Linux shell commands ps and top to check active processes.
On Pi, as on any other Linux, executables can be started by giving their name on the command line. There is a path involved so sometimes it is easier to just give the full path. For example
/usr/local/bin/awk
to start awk from the listed path

Thank you for replying. I have tried with the info you have provided but it didn't work according to what I wanted. But now my MATLAB code integrates on Raspberry Pi.
