Curvature Equation, Matlab code

I would like to know how can I compute with a code on Matlab the curbature. I have a excel sheet with sevelar columns(Timestamp, PosX,PosY,RoX,RoY,Velocity and Accelaration). I would like to add another column with the Curbature value.I thank you very much in advance.
