J1939 Communication over CAN -Vehicle Network Toolbox

Dear Users and Matlab team,

I am trying to read can singnals of bms function using vehicle network toolbox. I have a dbc file which describes can signals of bms. But when I open the dbc file using J1939 Configration blok, Matlab said that Network Configration might not be valid J1939 File. But I am sure that dbc file was produced under J1939 standarts. Do you know any way to test dbc file for checking standarts, using Matlab? Could you help me about this issue?

Dear All,

Solution is basic, add DbBusName,BusType and ProtocolType to the Attributes section in your dbc file, Matlab accepts this solution with J1939 Communication Blocks.
