Extracting particular x and y data points from a figure

Dear All,

I am looking for your kind help to my question. I am looking for a way to find x-axis points for a particular y-point, for example in the attached figure i need to find x-axis points at -3 point in y-axis. I need to do it automatic for a number of plot lines also.
