Remove "fitted curve" text from plot.

Hey,

I have a made a fitted curve using and add it to a plot with

   fitV = fit(t,Vchange, 'poly1')
plot(fitV)

But not my plot has a legend in the top right saying fitted curve. I want this legend removed but can not work out how to do it. I added a pic of the plot. Any help will be great. Cheers
