System Error when writing raspberry pi firmware to SD card

When I click the 'write' button during the raspberry pi hardware setup, an error box pops up with the message:

"The code execution cannot proceed because mfc120u.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"

I have tried installing the program and the add-on package multiple times and the SD card works fine for other purposes so not sure where I am going wrong?

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

You need the Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable. https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/3138367/update-for-visual-c-2013-and-visual-c-redistributable-package
