How to i build equations in simulink ???

f(x)=a*(sin(x-pi))+b*((x-10)^2)+c i m designning a model in simulink ....i need to set up this equation in my model.....please help ??? how do i set this equations ....???

See the attached model. I used MATLAB Function block for it. Double click on it and see how I wrote the function.
