matlab 2017b on lenovo y720 cannot be open.

I installed matlab 2017b on my laptop lenovo y720 on windows 10 and when I open matlab it shows me the "open screen" and stay on it and matlab cant be open.
The matlab don't give me any error message.
any help will be appreciated.
