How can I have high quality figures?

Hello everyone, The figures that I insert on my word document are of mediocre quality, I use different types of format, such as .eps, .emf, but to no avail

If you use the Painters renderer and export the EPS files, Word displays the poor TIFF preview on the screen, but the vector graphics in the output to printers or PDF creators. You can improve the quality of the preview also using the -r switch (as far as I remember), if this is useful for you.
If this does not help, please post a screenshot to explain, what "mediocre quality" exactly means, and show us an example of how you export the files.

Thank you for your help, I have just modified the resolution on my figures, and they are very good qualities. however, I still encounter two problems: even if the figure obtained has a good resolution but it loses its quality as soon as I insert it on my doc word (insert => figure => browse). The second problem, to get a good resolution I enter the command print ('test', '- dpng', '- r200'), the figure is very clear but the title of the axes is affected as you can to see it, is there not a way to draw the curve with a resolution without being forced to save it?
