How signal can be dilate ( mathematical morphology)?.

I have a signal and i want to dilate ( mathematical morphology operation) it as shown in figure below. I also convert signal into its excel file and get all its values of x-axis and y-axis and tried. But i am unable to dilate it. What will be the code? Or can it be perform in simulink and how?
