How to install module FILEIO without fieldtrip on MATLAB r2014a?

Hello,
I would like to install the module FILEIO because I will use SPM to treat EEG signals. I do not want to use fieldtrip. Once fileio is downloaded, how de we install it? Since I use r2014a, what version of fileio do I need to download? Thanks a lot, SF
