Since a microsoft update, I now get this error when trying mex or calllib: 'C:\Window​s\System32​\env.cmd' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

I can no longer use calllib or even run mex -setup without getting the following error messages: 'C:\Windows\System32\env.cmd' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. I get this 4 times running mex -setup and any call to calllib, islibraryloaded or loadlibrargy.
