Problem with FCM function

Hello

I modified the code source of original FCM function by changing the initial center in stepfcm.m

 if(iter==1)
    center = rand(cluster_n,1);
else center = mf*data./(sum(mf,2)*ones(1,size(data,2)));
end

to get another solutions ( Worse /better).

I got worse solutions ,but i never got better solution (obj_f) than the original FCM.

What i should modified in FCM function to get better solution than the original ?
