Is there any way to change the loop range using two slider?

I want to control a for loop or a while loop in which I will plot something but I want to control the range of the loop should depend on sliders and If I don't mess with sliders or the values are fixed at zero of both of the sliders then the loop range must be fixed like 0-10000.
