How to plot analytical expression for flow streamlines?

Hello!

I'm trying to plot some streamlines from x=0:5 and y=0:6 with the vector function V=( u,v) = (4.35 + 0.656x) i + (-1.22-0.656y) j

I'm really not sure where to begin. I've tried searching through other questions on here about using stream2, streamline, and other similar functions but it isn't making sense.
