Induction Motor with vector control

Hello,

i am trying to simulate a model. I have an induction motor with vector control. The load is speed and acceleration dependent.

When the load is constant the starting process is very well.

But wen the load is speed and acceleration dependent the motor and the produced speed and so the acceleration start to be instable.

Does someone know how to solve this problem?
