how to compile a GUI that uses toolbox

Hi, I created a GUI that uses Computer Vision and Neural Network toolbox? I used Matlab compiler app to do the compiling but when I use the result it will not work and stop. Will the compiler put the needed toolbox in the compiling file? How can I be sure if it is putting the needed toolbox in the compiler?
