How to access to two-phase fluid properties during run

Greetings all,

I would like to ask how one could access to two-phase fluid (Simscape) properties during run? Is it possible to extract these properties as signals or link them to another block, like making custom Simscape block in which the properties could be used in calculations to generate new values. I can't find any examples or references how one could refer to these properties in Simscape language.
