Application of Windows10 phone

Looking into getting a windows 10 phone for work purposes. Can you run a compiled application .exe created using app designer on a windows 10 phone?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_10_Mobile Windows 10 Mobile is designed for ARM processor. (The devices I could find were all Snapdragon.)
MATLAB compiled .exe require Intel x64 architecture (or x86 with old enough versions of MATLAB.)
