Does anyone have past examples in coding a rule-based method for an energy management system implemented in Matlab or Simulink?

I am currently designing an electric vehicle in Matlab/Simulink environment and wondering if anyone has an example of rule-based code rather than fuzzy-logic codes which are common here.
