What should I do for remove the background from this image?

I already used rgb2gray() and then binarized ...but i still need to remove any white in the back or in the hand and also, I wanna know how to remove unnecessary pattern or form in the image (just need the hand palm only)!!!!!!

Use the Color Thresholder app to threshold on the saturation channel. See attached demo.

I have no idea. What do you get when you do this:

@Frisda Sianipar, yes. Start your own question, after you've tried the Color Thresholder on the Apps tab of the tool ribbon of course.
