How can I detect a QR code from a video file using the VideoReader?

I have a video file that has multiple QR codes in it and I need to be able to decode the codes as they appear in the video. How can I decode/detect the QR Codes?

Read the video frame by frame using:

And use this file exchange function to scan the code:

Thanks for your help, I now seem to be getting an error with the file exchange function. When I use message=decode_qr('filename.jpg') it says error with the variables in that file exchange package. Any idea how to fix?

What error exactly?

The error says undefined function or variable 'BufferedImageLuminanceSource'.
