running analog Input recorder app finds no devices on PC

Using 2018b, data aqq toolbox, Attempting to utilize PC soundcard to input audio data. Unable to get Matlab apps to find any devices at all.

Is your PC soundcard device being listed when you execute the following line of code in the MATLAB command window?
daq.getDevices
